ABOUT US
Let’s start with a brief history of the Parkinson’s Connection of Central New Mexico (hereinafter PCCNM). PCCNM was formed on June 19, 2019 under the laws of the New Mexico Nonprofit Corporation Act. The initial Board of Directors were Patricia R. Thalhammer, Kenneth Lawrence Kemp and Paul D. Lucero. PCCNM received its tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c) 3 corporation in December 2019.
Our focus is to serve the unmet needs in Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia and Torrance counties in New Mexico. We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease as well as their caregivers.
