Stress-Busting Program for Family Caregivers is meeting on Zoom. This series of nine free classes provides education and support, teaches stress management techniques and helps develop coping skills. Solid Ground Fall Prevention and Training is a technique to minimze injuries when you fall. It's not limited to persons with PD but anyone who feels less agile, more prone to stumbles and missteps, are fearful of falling or has fallen. The program teaches you how to prevent falls and to fall in a manner that may lessen your injury. It's available at Presbyterian Healthplex.
