Being part of a community can help with feelings of depression and apathy. When you connect with others, it makes you feel less alone and more supported. The encouragement and shared experiences can lift your spirits and get you motivated to join in activities you might not feel up for otherwise. Having a support network can make a big difference in how you feel and help you stay engaged in life. We hope you can join us at an event soon!
