About Us
We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and the caregivers who support them. Our focus is on addressing unmet needs in Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valiencia and Torrence counties in New Mexico, ensuring that no one in our community faces Parkinson’s alone.
Mission Statement
At PCCNM, our mission is to be a source of strength, compassion, and support for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers. We provide resources, education, and classes designed to enhance quality of life, while fostering a strong, connected community of care.
Through compassionate service and collaboration, we strive to create a safe and welcoming network where individuals and families can find the encouragement, tools, and support they need to thrive on their journey with Parkinson’s
